REGISTRATION

Every conference paper requires at least one Regular Conference Registration (IEEE or Non- IEEE).

  • A Regular Conference Registration fee covers (1) conference proceeding set, (2) access to conference sessions, (3) coffee breaks and lunch, and (4) banquet.
  • In cases that one author has multiple conference papers, one regular registration is needed, and an extra paper will cost 3500 Bahts/100 US Dollars for a conference paper (maximum extra 1 paper). An Extra Conference Registration will not include anything.
  • The cancellation done before April 10, 2017 (UTC time) will be processed with 50% deduction while the cancellation done on or after April 10, 2017 will be processed without refund.
  • To facilitate the organization, participants are kindly requested to register early. Please fill in one registration form per person with capital letters, and email the scanned copy of the registration form and payment evidence to the IC-ICTES2017 financial chair (Asst. Prof. Dr. Chowarit Mitsantisuk email:fengcrm@ku.ac.th).
